Job Summary
This role drives Lean Six Sigma deployment and process optimization at the Malaysia site through training project coaching and Kaizen facilitation. Key responsibilities include leading Yellow and Green Belt certifications eliminating process waste to reduce cycle times and coaching teams on Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS). Additionally the position leverages data analytics and AI tools to accelerate project documentation track financial targets and foster a strong culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Industrial Manufacturing Mechanical Electrical or related field).
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from a recognized body (ASQ IASSC or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Continuous Improvement Lean or Six Sigma experience in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated experience facilitating Kaizen events independently required.
- Experience completing at least one full DMAIC project from Define through Control with documented quality lead time or financial benefit.
- Experience in semiconductor electronics industrial equipment production or precision manufacturing. Experience conducting or supporting MSA / GR&R studies.
- Exposure to SPC monitoring and statistical analysis tools (Minitab JMP or equivalent).
