Job Summary
Job Scope
The Content & Design Associate provides content and design production support across 500s communications marketing and events work. The Associate owns the day-to-day drafting of copy and the adaptation of established design assets and templates across reports white papers presentations and social media collateral ensuring materials are accurate on brand and delivered on time. Taking on this recurring production work allows the senior design team to focus on larger brand projects and helps ensure the firms programs funds and research are presented consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Draft clear on-brand short-form copy for social media newsletters program collateral and partner-facing materials.
Produce and adapt design assets from established brand templates such as reports white papers presentations and social graphics maintaining full visual consistency with 500s brand guidelines.
Support branding of research outputs so reports and studies are ready for partner and public distribution.
Manage a steady intake of small content and design requests from teams across the firm prioritising work in coordination with the marketing lead.
Engage in weekly syncs to align output with the firms brand positioning and storytelling priorities.
Establish and maintain the shared asset and template library so current correct brand materials are easy to find and reuse.
Provide production support for campaigns program launches and events including formatting light image and scheduling of content.
Liaise with external vendors and agencies where needed to ensure accurate use of 500s logo and brand guidelines.
Follow simple production processes (file naming hand-offs review steps) that keep turnaround times short and quality high.
Required Qualifications
A Bachelors degree in Design or a similar qualification.
A minimum of one year of professional experience in a design role.
Proficiency in core design tools including Canva Illustrator Photoshop InDesign Figma and WordPress.
Experience utilizing Googles platform of tools
