Construction Manager (CSA) Data Center

• Lead and manage all CSA construction activities on-site for the data center project
• Oversee earthworks substructure superstructure architectural and finishing works
• Coordinate with design consultants contractors and project stakeholders
• Ensure CSA works align with MEP coordination interfaces and sequencing requirements
• Review and manage construction drawings method statements and shop drawings
• Monitor project progress schedules and budgets for CSA packages
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations building codes and project specifications
• Implement and enforce quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes
• Ensure strict adherence to health safety and environmental (HSE) standards
• Conduct site inspections manage defects and support handover and close-out activities

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Structural or Construction Engineering
• 10 years of construction experience with projects in data center advanced manufacturing
• Strong experience managing:
  • Substructure & superstructure works
  • Steel and concrete structures
  • Architectural and building envelope systems
• Strong understanding of local building codes and international standards
• Proven leadership experience managing multiple contractors
• Strong coordination skills with MEP and commissioning teams
