Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end commissioning process for data center projects ensuring systems are tested validated and operational according to design specifications.

• Develop and execute the commissioning plan including test scripts performance metrics and compliance with industry standards

• Coordinate with design construction and operations teams to ensure seamless project handover and system integration.

• Conduct site inspections and witness testing for critical systems including HVAC electrical mechanical fire suppression and security systems.

• Ensure all commissioning activities comply with safety quality and environmental standards.

• Work closely with clients consultants vendors and contractors to resolve technical issues and align with project timelines.

• Maintain detailed commissioning documentation including test reports risk assessments and punch lists.

• Identify and troubleshoot issues during testing phases providing solutions to ensure optimal system performance.

• Manage the commissioning schedule ensuring milestones and deadlines are met efficiently.

• Support post-commissioning activities including performance monitoring fine-tuning and handover to operations teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or a related field.

• 5 years of experience in commissioning management with at least 2 years in data center projects.

• Strong understanding of mission-critical systems including UPS generators cooling systems and fire suppression.

• Familiarity with local regulatory codes.

• Experience using commissioning software and tools

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings schematics and technical documentation.

• Strong problem-solving communication and leadership skills.

• Knowledge of safety protocols and risk management in a data center environment.
