College Intern – Sales Business & Technology Operations

Description -

This internship provides university students with practical exposure to a global technology and business environment. The intern will support business operations sales customer engagement partner programs customer retention and renewals support reporting analytics and technology-related projects while working closely with experienced professionals.

• Support business sales customer or partner-related activities and follow-up actions.
• Assist with customer retention renewal tracking account follow-ups and customer success activities where applicable.
• Maintain reports trackers dashboards documentation and presentation materials.
• Conduct research on products technologies market trends customer needs business processes and improvement opportunities.
• Assist with customer partner or internal meetings including preparing summaries action items and follow-up requirements.
• Support data analysis process improvements automation initiatives and project activities as assigned.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders while ensuring compliance with company policies and professional standards.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing Sales Finance IT Computer Science Engineering Data Analytics Information Systems or related disciplines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated interest in sales customer success business development CRM data insights or account management is preferred.
• Customer-focused mindset with eagerness to learn collaborate and contribute in a professional environment.

• Gain hands-on experience in a global technology organization.
• Develop business communication reporting analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Learn about sales operations customer engagement customer retention renewals partner programs technology solutions and business transformation initiatives.
