We are currently seeking a Supply Interface Manager(SIM) to join our Wider Asia Contract Manufacturing Organization team. This position reports directly to the Value Delivered and Strategy Lead based in Ampang Selangor.

The SIM will be responsible for:

• Responsible for driving competitive advantage on supply chain initiatives for assigned Contract Manufacturing Operations (CMO)

• The role focus on Customer Service Quality Value creation & Cost reductions Continuous process improvement and standardization and overall Compliance as per Haleon guidelines in order to ensure continuity of supply to the business at optimum cost and high quality.

A Day in the Life:

Strategic Responsibilities :

• Accountable for driving the mid-term supply strategy and internal alignment to deliver superior results in cost service quality EHS and overall performance in line with the overall CMO strategy in collaboration and alignment with planning hubs and local teams where required.
• Lead the LTCP & RCCP initiatives in the CMO space.
• Contribute to the development of negotiation strategies with CMOs while working closely with CMO Lead & Procurement
• Define the supply chain strategy for capacity inventory for the portfolio of CMOs
• Lead the establishment/ adjustment of supply chain set-ups for portfolio transformations such as new product launches tech. & analytical transfers exits divestments etc. supplied through the CMO network

Supply Planning/Operation :

• Lead supply agenda within the Supplier Relationship Team (SRT) for the assigned portfolio of CMOs and contribute to the cross-functional business goals.
• Ensure appropriate set-up for order management to realize best customer service at efficient cost in collaboration and alignment with planning hubs and local teams where required
• Ensure proper documentation of all processes related to Supply Chain management.
• Support Product Life Cycle Events (Product introductions Composition changes artwork changes tech /analytical transfers and exits) with proper bridging stock planning inventory planning and stakeholder alignment (a/o Artwork Operations) to prevent any shortages write-offs and obsolescence

Supplier Relationship Management: -

• Implement and maintain SRM programs with our CMOs implementing proper supplier classification.
• Lead the operating rhythm(Internal & External).
• Drive continuous improvement optimizing quality service cost innovation and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and evaluate CMO key deliveries and supply performance.

Lead the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and ensure the CMO (s) constantly meets the standards and targets and that this performance is documented

Process excellence: -

• Implement/Maintain process documentation and demonstrate active process improvement focusing on problem solving approach focusing on corrective actions/preventive actions.
• Improve and simplify processes to develop standardization simplification and efficiency while increasing financial & quality compliance.
• Develop and lead the inventory management program
• Support on the geo-expansions upon completion of New Production Introduction (NPI) projects.

• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to effectively engage and influence cross-functional teams contractors and external partners to achieve shared business objectives.
• Excellent communication relationship-building and interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration conflict resolution and partnership development across all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
