Job Summary
Job Descriptions:
- Responds to orders general client inquiries invoice questions and client complaints.
- Handle key customer accounts and serve as main contact for airfreight enquiries.
- Liaise with airlines co-loaders and vendors to secure rates and cargo space.
- Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into bookings.
- Coordinate with operations warehouse and finance teams for smooth shipment execution.
- Monitor shipments and resolve delays or service issues promptly.
- Provide market updates on rates space and peak season trends.
- Support sales team on account growth and new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems.
- Other duties as assigned
