Business Planning Analytics

The Business Planner Analytics supports enterprise planning activities including account nomination and governance processes sales letter preparation and country-level business planning. Working closely with sales and business stakeholders the role ensures planning activities are executed accurately efficiently and in alignment with organizational objectives.

What a Business Planner Analytics does at HP:

• Coordinate enterprise account planning activities including account nomination governance reviews and planning processes.

• Prepare maintain and manage sales letters and related planning documentation to support business operations.

• Support country-level enterprise business planning initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

• Monitor business performance and provide reporting analysis and insights to support decision-making and planning activities.

• Ensure business activities and execution plans remain aligned with approved business strategies and objectives across stakeholders.

• Communicate planning updates progress risks and key outcomes to stakeholders including leadership sales teams and business partners.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies governance requirements and applicable regulatory standards within planning processes.

• Assess business opportunities risks and potential impacts and provide recommendations to support planning and investment decisions.

• Maintain data accuracy process integrity and timely delivery of planning requirements and business commitments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive effective execution of business plans and continuous process improvement.

Individuals who do well in this role at HP usually possess:

• Four-year Degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

• Minimum 1 year of work experience preferably in strategy planning operations data analysis or a related field.

• Experience in using Power BI platform.
