Job Summary
The Company is looking for a Business Outsourcing Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead our accounting and payroll outsourcing team and support the growth of the services.
- Manage client portfolios and ensure accurate timely delivery.
- Oversee accounting management reporting and payroll services.
- Lead coach and develop the team.
- Improve workflows through technology and automation.
- Build client relationships and support business development.
Requirements
- A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA ICAEW CPA or equivalent.
- At least five years of relevant experience preferably in an accounting or outsourcing practice.
- Experience managing teams and client portfolios.
- Strong accounting knowledge and familiarity with Malaysian payroll requirements.
- Good communication leadership and commercial skills.
Required Skills:
