As a Business Navigation Manager you play a critical role in driving growth profitability and long-term sustainability of the business. You will act as a strategic business partner connecting insights data and commercial priorities to guide decision-making across the organisation.

What Youll Do
- Partner closely with the Store Manager to shape and drive the Market Business Plan aligned with IKEA direction and local opportunities
- Lead financial planning budgeting and forecasting to ensure sustainable growth and profitability
- Drive performance follow-up ensuring teams stay focused on goals and take action on deviations
- Translate business strategies into clear financial insights and impactful decisions
- Lead scenario planning to enable fast data-driven responses in a changing environment
- Analyse investments costs and business opportunities to ensure strong return on investment
- Deliver actionable insights through reports performance analysis and collaboration with data teams
- Identify growth opportunities and efficiency improvements leveraging benchmarking and digital tools
- Drive a cost-conscious and performance-driven culture across the market
- Lead coach and develop the Business Navigation team while building capabilities across functions

Experience & Knowledge
