Join a growing 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) provider and play a key role in driving business growth across Airfreight & Express solutions. We are looking for a results-driven professional who can develop new business and build strong client partnerships in the logistics space.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure new business opportunities within Airfreight & Express (3PL solutions)

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless logistics execution

Stay updated on market trends pricing and competitor activities

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in 3PL / Airfreight / Express / Freight Forwarding

Proven track record in business development or sales within logistics

Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills

Self-driven target-oriented and able to work independently
