Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 45 years of experience and a strong software development background. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical solutions by working closely with stakeholders developers QA teams and project managers to deliver scalable and high-quality applications.
Key Responsibilities
Gather analyze and document business and functional requirements.
Conduct stakeholder discussions workshops and requirement clarification sessions.
Translate business requirements into detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) user stories and process flows.
Work closely with software development teams during design development testing and deployment phases.
Perform gap analysis impact analysis and feasibility assessments.
Support QA/UAT activities including test case reviews and defect clarification.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Assist in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning backlog grooming and daily stand-ups.
Prepare reports dashboards presentations and project documentation.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or related field.
45 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software/application development projects.
Prior hands-on software development or technical background is preferred.
Strong understanding of SDLC Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Experience in requirement gathering process mapping and documentation.
Ability to understand APIs databases system integrations and technical workflows.
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA Confluence SQL Visio or similar.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and analytical skills.
Experience working in Banking Financial Services Insurance or Enterprise applications is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of UI/UX concepts and wireframing tools.
Exposure to cloud-based or digital transformation projects.
Ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
