Job Description Summary:

To ensure PG Building Facilities Production Restrooms Ceiling Roofing Tiling work carpenters works in compliance to Standard Operating Procedures Specifications safety and system requirements.

The Building Technician is responsible for driving maintenance programs (including routine inspection corrective and preventive activities)with a focus with the application of Best Practices and implement mandatory routine inspections in conformance to Standard Operating Procedures Support emergency (unscheduled) repairs or troubleshooting of facilities equipment and close monitoring on building facilities.

Risk Management:

Implement risk assessment which identifies operational risks including occupational health and safety and essential services and environmental.

Profitability and Savings Initiatives Drive initiatives and strategies that lead to cost savings and service improvement.

Customer Service and Client Relationships:

Ensure feedback from client are recorded and action taken to the satisfaction of the end user.

Lead by example in achieving maximum client satisfaction level.

Reporting:

Ensure data integrity and accuracy of all information reported associated with Tickets and AR closure Risk Assessment BAR Maximo PM Closure and others.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess a minimum Certificate/Diploma in Engineering discipline with considerable hands-on working experience in facilities engineering.

Able to work independently possess integrity and a right sense of urgency to meet Interpersonal skills with a strong client focus.

Good written and oral communication skillsdeadlines and including work irregular hours. Other prerequisites Ability to work on shifts is preferred.
