Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION

Perform installation testing and troubleshooting of copper and fiber cabling (patching labeling certification)
Support rack & stack activities including switch installation and cable management
Assist in VLAN configuration and basic network setup under engineer guidance
Execute basic switch configuration (port configuration access/trunk setup) following standards
Perform routine network health checks and escalate issues when required
Support incident response for site connectivity issues (LAN Wi-Fi patching faults)
Maintain accurate documentation (cabling maps port assignments patch panel records)
Coordinate with vendors or contractors for structured cabling work
Provide hands-on support during projects moves adds changes (MAC) and site activities (e.g. cutover)
