We are seeking a Boiler Operations Supervisor required for our Engineering Division.

Job Summary

• Responsible for the operation monitoring and maintenance of boiler and hot water systems in the hotel
• Ensure continuous supply of steam and hot water for guest rooms laundry kitchen and spa
• Carry out routine inspections preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Support engineering operations to minimize downtime and ensure service reliability
• Monitor water treatment and maintain system efficiency
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and boiler regulations

Job Requirements

• Possess a valid Boilerman Certificate (DOSH Grade 1 / 2 / 3 or equivalent)
• Minimum 12 years of relevant working experience (hotel experience preferred)
• Strong sense of responsibility with good safety awareness
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to work shifts weekends and public holidays if required
• Basic troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
