Job Description

1) Support EE Business via Business/Portfolio Analytics to realise and maximise customer value through the use of decision modeling and
customer analytics
2) Work with product / portfolio management to support product and portfolio on initiatives such as- marketing campaigns product
programmes pre-campaign analyses performance metrics etc
3) Identify and highlight trends and opportunities for sales and services based on periodic review of customer analytics marketing models
campaign results and other relevant customer/product information
4) Develop implement and validate predictive models exploratory data analysis / mining or other analyses across the Customer Life Cycle:
market segmentation acquisition activation relationship management cross-selling up-selling retention and winback
5) Generate regular portfolio reports for senior management segment channel and marketing etc
