Job Summary
A premier global interconnected solutions provider is seeking an experienced Automation Manager to lead the design commissioning and continuous optimization of high-speed manufacturing equipment and Industry 4.0 systems. You will manage a team of engineers drive shop-floor robotics and PLC projects and work closely with equipment vendors to elevate operational efficiency.

Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Mechatronics Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 5 years in industrial manufacturing including at least 2 years leading engineering teams.
Core Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency in PLC/SCADA programming (Siemens Allen-Bradley or Omron) alongside experience setting up industrial robotics and automated vision inspection systems.
Project Delivery: Demonstrated track record of leading end-to-end automation projects from vendor selection and concept design through to commissioning and shop-floor optimization.
Smart Manufacturing: Practical background integrating Industry 4.0 principles IoT data collection and Lean/OEE improvements to boost production efficiency.
