You will be part of the Finance Global Process Owner (GPO) team within the Finance Centre of Excellence (Finance COE) Grabs Finance transformation engine. The COE works across every Finance sub-department to build a more efficient standardized and future-ready Finance operation. The GPO team owns process standards for RTR PTP and OTC. We work with SSC teams in Jakarta and Selangor Country Finance Leads across six markets GTS and the CFO office.

Get to Know the Role

Were looking for an Assistant Manager Finance Global Process Owner (OTC) to join our Finance Centre of Excellence. You will report to the Senior Manager Global Process Owner and be base at our Malaysia office in Petaling Jaya Selangor.

You will lead the transformation standardization and optimization of Grabs Order-to-Cash processes across the region. You will partner with Shared Service Centre Country Finance teams Commercial teams Technology teams and the CFO Office to improve working capital performance strengthen governance and accelerate automation.

This is an opportunity to influence finance operations at scale lead crossfunctional transformation projects and help shape Grabs future finance operating model.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Process Transformation & Governance

• Lead regional Order-to-Cash transformation projects focused on billing collections cash application dispute management and credit governance.
• Define and maintain global process standards policies controls and operating principles.
• Build and manage a prioritized improvement roadmap aligned with Finance and goals.
• Work with Technology and Finance business partners to design and implement automation and digital solutions.

Process Excellence & Performance Management

• Establish main performance metrics and dashboards to monitor efficiency control effectiveness and working capital outcomes.
• Lead continuous improvement plans to simplify processes reduce manual effort and improve business partners experience.
• Lead adoption of global standards across markets and Shared Service Centre through proper governance and change management.

Strategic Finance Transformation

• Represent the Global Process Owner function in finance transformation programmes system implementations organizational redesigns and integration activities.
• Evaluate latest technologies including artificial intelligence-enabled finance solutions and develop business cases for adoption.
• Support broader Finance Centre of Excellence priorities and contribute to the evolution of Grabs global finance operating model.

Controls & Compliance

• Ensure Order-to-Cash processes remain compliant with internal controls audit requirements and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) standards.
• Partner with Finance leadership to strengthen governance frameworks while maintaining scalability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• 69 years of finance experience in Order-to-Cash Accounts Receivable Revenue Operations Shared Services Controllership or Finance Transformation roles.
• Familiarity with billing collections cash application credit management dispute resolution and working capital management processes.
• Experience leading process improvement automation or transformation projects in regional or global environments.
• Experienced translating requirements into scalable process and technology solutions.
• Experienced working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as Oracle SAP or equivalent platforms.
• Good stakeholders management and able to communication well with the able to reason across matrix organizations and senior leadership teams.
• Having experience in Shared Service Centre Global Process Owner functions or Finance Centre of Excellence is preferrable.
• Having a certification in Lean Six Sigma or demonstrated continuous improvement experience would be advantageous.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business or a related field. Professional qualifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA) Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) are advantageous.
