Job Description:

1. To manage a central database of contracts and documents for Finance Department
2. To maintain filing system to facilitate traceability of documents
3. Maintain and update the Department Operations Manual (ISO compliance)
4. Monitor andtrack the progress ofcontract signing and timely renewal of contracts
5. Drive the process management improvements includingleading the implementation of contract management standardisation and/ordigitalisation initiatives.
6. Engage proactively with various internal stakeholders to support business objectives
7. Adhoc assignments

Requirements:

1. Degree in Business Business Admin Law Finance Accounting Commerce or other relevant or related fields
2. Minimum 4 years working experience
3. Good interpersonal analytical and presentation skills.
4. Background in contract management activities covering areas such as tenancy agreements procurement vendor contracts or related legal/administrative functions.
5. Experience in ISO compliance or project management are added advantage
