Job Summary

About the company
A reputable Malaysian conglomerate with more than four decades of industry experience. Established in 1981 the company has evolved from a construction contractor into a diversified group with businesses spanning construction mining quarrying and building materials property development and hospitality.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the in-house corporate secretarial function including the preparation and review of board resolutions constitutions statutory documents and related reports.
  • Ensure the timely filing of statutory documents and maintain accurate secretarial records and registers for efficient retrieval and compliance purposes.
  • Advise internal and external stakeholders on corporate secretarial matters while ensuring compliance with applicable laws regulations and requirements imposed by relevant regulatory authorities.
  • Undertake any additional responsibilities and assignments as directed by Management from time to time.


Requirements
  • Possess a CGI (ICSA) qualification or other relevant professional credentials.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in managing corporate secretarial functions and compliance matters.
  • Well-versed in the Companies Act 2016 SSM regulations and other applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Meticulous well-organized and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively while working independently with minimal supervision.



Required Skills:
