Key Responsibilities

1. Training Delivery Focus

• Deliver training programs effectively using approved content and facilitation standards.
• Ensure accurate delivery of Takaful Shariah and product knowledge.
• Engage participants and support learning application during and after training.

2. Training Quality & Satisfaction

• Ensure training sessions meet quality standards and learning objectives.
• Collect and review participant feedback to identify improvement areas.
• Continuously enhance delivery approach and materials based on feedback and results.

3. Project & Execution Excellence

• Timeliness of training/project execution and readiness
• Accuracy and completeness of materials and platform updates
• Minimal execution or coordination issues during programs

Qualifications & Experience

• Min bachelors degree in any field preferably in Islamic Finance Banking Syariah Human Resources Business Administration Education or a related field.
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in training and development with exposure to the Takaful banking or HR sectors including hands-on experience managing Learning Management Systems.
• Experience within the Takaful or insurance industry is highly preferred.
