PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define and execute product strategy aligned with the companys growth ambitions customer segmentation and market positioning.

• Identify market gaps emerging customer needs and industry trends to inform product innovation and enhancement.

• Lead end-to-end product development from concept ideation through design pricing approval launch and post-launch optimization as per the Product Development Process defined by Product Steering Committee (PSC) and in accordance with the schedules set in product calendar.

• Work closely with actuarial underwriting operations IT marketing distribution and legal teams to deliver high-quality product initiatives that support companys business objectives.

• Provide clear product positioning selling concepts and training support to enable high-quality advice and customer engagement

• Own ongoing product lifecycle management including enhancements repricing simplification and rationalisation.

• Analyse product performance metrics (sales profitability persistency claims experience customer feedback).

• Proactively recommend actions to improve product sustainability competitiveness and customer value over time.

• Lead mentor and develop a team of product executives fostering strong product mindset accountability and collaboration.
