As an Assembler you will support the manufacturing of life-changing medical devices through assembly inspection and testing activities while adhering to quality and safety standards. Join our growing team and contribute to products that make a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations.
• Works from visual aids method layouts diagrams schematics process flow sheets and written or verbal
• Sets initial layouts and uses a variety of tools to prepare product(s).
• Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed.
• May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
• May disassemble modify rework reassemble and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• 3 to 4 years relevant experience in medical industry & handling medical devices
• SPM Holders

Desired skills experience & requirements:

• Experience in regulated environments (medical devices pharma biotechnology)
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and GMP
• Clear verbal and written communication in English Language to work with multidisciplinary global teams
• Willingness to travel internationally & hold a valid passport

• Manual dexterity and fine motor skills for precise sewing and assembly work
• Experience working in a cleanroom environment
• Good hand-eye coordination and steady hands
• Ability to work under a microscope or magnification tools
• Willingness to work in different shifts if applicable
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
