Cognition Learning Group is seeking an Applications Developer/Support professional to join our IT & Digital Transformation Team.
Reporting to the Global Director IT & Digital Transformation the successful candidate will provide first and second-line IT support support learning platforms and contribute to digital transformation initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide responsive IT support to staff learners and stakeholders.
Support the development configuration testing and maintenance of learning management systems and applications.
Assist with system integrations workflows and automation activities.
Maintain technical documentation user guides and knowledge articles.
Support digital transformation projects system improvements and data migration activities.
Manage user access onboarding and offboarding processes.
Internal Relationships:
IT & Digital Transformation team HR Finance Marketing Operations Learning teams project stakeholders business managers and leadership across Cognition Learning Group.
External Relationships:
Software vendors (e.g. Zoho Microsoft) cloud and hosting providers managed service providers third-party technology partners consultants and client representatives involved in system support development and integration.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Relevant qualification in Information Technology Computer Science Software Development or related field.
Minimum two years experience in IT Support Application Support LMS Support Junior Development or a similar role.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 LMS platforms HTML CSS JavaScript SQL REST APIs and systems integration concepts.
Strong troubleshooting communication customer service and documentation skills.
