Responsibilities

Provide primary L1L3 application support for business-critical enterprise applications including incident triage issue investigation production monitoring and user support.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) document findings and drive corrective or preventive actions to improve system stability.
Support production releases deployment validation post-release monitoring and hypercare activities during critical support windows.
Perform enhancements bug fixes configuration updates and support-related application changes when required.
Support business-critical activities during Malaysia public holidays when required with compensation through replacement leave or holiday pay based on company policy.

Requirements

35 years of experience in application support production support or support-focused software development.
Strong experience supporting applications built with .NET C# RESTful API and Entity Framework.
Working knowledge of frontend technologies including Angular React HTML CSS and JavaScript.
Experience with MySQL / SQL Server including query analysis data validation stored procedures and basic performance troubleshooting.
