We are seeking an experienced Application Consultant (HRMS) to implement configure and support Human Resource Management System solutions for clients ensuring alignment with business requirements and delivering value.

Responsibilities

• Implement configure and set up modules for the HRMS solution based on client needs.
• Gather analyse and document clients business and system requirements.
• Conduct system demonstrations end-user training and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Guide clients and users throughout the system implementation process.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams on system enhancements and customisations.
• Provide functional and technical support to end users including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Prepare documentation related to implementation training and system processes.
• Monitor project progress and maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

Must-have:

• Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science Information Technology Software Development or a related field.
• At least 13 years of experience in full-cycle web application development or application implementation.
• Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft software.
• Strong understanding of IT system processes workflows and logical flow.
• Good analytical troubleshooting communication and presentation skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients end users and technical teams.
• Willing and able to work onsite in Petaling Jaya five days per week.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with HRMS or other enterprise applications.
• Experience with user training or User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with HR business processes or payroll systems.

Education:

• Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science Information Technology Software Development or a related field.
