APAC Purchasing Specialist

Job Summary
Job Description:
- Identify and evaluate suppliers based on cost quality delivery and reliability.
- Negotiate pricing payment terms and contracts to achieve cost savings and efficiency.
- Support implementation of procurement best practices and process improvements.
- Collaborate with regional purchasing teams on strategic sourcing and benchmarking initiatives.
- Participate in regional cost reduction programs and supplier consolidation projects.
- Contribute to regional tenders benchmarking and global sourcing activities.
- Support on reports on purchasing performance
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and audit requirements.
Who we are looking for:
- At least 2-3 years relevant experience.
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
- Experience in process improvement and system implementation
- Exposure to cross-functional or regional projects preferably involving cost optimization or synergy programs.
- Experience within a rapidly changing organization in Multinational Company preferably within a Manufacturing environment.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is required
