About the role

The APAC Manufacturing Lead is accountable for driving step-change performance across Haleons APAC manufacturing sites and Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs). This role leads the regional manufacturing agenda acrossSafetyQuality & ComplianceServiceCost (COGS)ProductivityandStewardshipensuring resilient supply strong governance and a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Safety leadership and risk reduction (peopleprocessand asset safety)

  • Quality GMP compliance and audit readiness across internal sites and CMOs

  • Service reliability and supply performance (OTIF schedule adherence right-first-time)

  • Productivitycostand stewardship (COGS waste yield energy sustainability)

They partner closely with OU Quality EHS/Engineering Technical Procurement Finance and Commercial stakeholders to define and deliver the regional manufacturing and CMO strategyincluding performance governance capabilitybuildingand network optimisation.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead APAC manufacturing sites and the regional CMO agenda ensuring clear governance performanceroutinesand accountability.

  • Own regional outcomes across safety quality GMP compliance service financials (COGS)productivityand people priorities; intervene proactively to remove constraints and manage risk.

  • Set and deliver the manufacturing strategy for the region in partnership with APAC Quality EHS/Engineering and Technical leaders translating strategy into site and CMO execution roadmaps.

  • Serve as a core member of the regional QSC leadership team aligning supply plans to OU demand and commercial priorities while balancing costserviceand inventory.

  • Lead internal and external supply and network strategy changes including capacity planning make/buy decisions technologytransfersand site/CMO footprint optimisation.

  • Drive Operational Excellence and continuous improvement using the Haleon Performance Framework (HAPS) improving OEE yieldwasteand reliability.

  • Build robust quality and compliance culture ensuring inspection readinesstimelydeviation/CAPA management and effective change control across sites and CMOs.

  • Develop and coach a high-performing leadership team; strengthen capability through talent planning succession performancemanagementand targeted learning.

  • Embed Win as One and Haleon behaviours shaping an inclusive culture where teams collaborate across functionsgeographiesand partners to deliver results.

Why you

Basic Qualifications:

  • Inspiring inclusive leadership aligned with Haleon values and behaviours; able to influence senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.

  • Demonstratedtrack recordof manufacturing site leadership and delivering performance in an FMCG/Consumer Health manufacturing environment with and through others (including multi-site leadership and/or regional accountability).

  • Strong operational and financial acumen with experience owning and improving key metrics such as OTIF COGS OEE yield and waste.

  • Deep knowledge of continuous improvement and operational excellence (e.g. Lean TPM Six Sigma) and the ability to translate tools into sustained capability.

  • Contemporary experience with GMP and regulatory expectations audits/inspections qualitysystemsand compliance governance (internal and external manufacturing).

  • Proven success leading large geographically dispersed teams through change including organisation design transformationprogrammesand culture-building.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in EngineeringScienceor a related discipline (advanced degree preferred).

  • Experience managing CMOs/third-party manufacturing including performance contracts governanceforumsand remediation plans.

  • Experience leading technology transfers new productintroductionsand/or network optimisation projects across countries.

  • Exposure to digital manufacturingautomationand data-driven performance management.
