Anti-Corrosion & Insulation Technician

Our client provides customized solutions for complex chemical processes and high-value products. The company operates 8 chemical manufacturing sites 3 equipment manufacturing facilities and 3 R&D centers across China as well as production facilities in the United Kingdom and Malaysia.

Job Descriptions

• Independently complete entire process of small-scale projects (rust removal painting insulation/protective layer installation).
• Assume technical management and quality supervision in large-scale projects; guide and inspect subcontractor teams.
• Manage anti-corrosion and thermal insulation materials.
• Calculate material quantities on-site submit procurement plans inspect incoming materials.
• Control construction material wastage; participate in material acceptance and account closing.

Job Requirements

• Junior high school education or above.
• 13 years or more of on-site construction or technical management experience in anti-corrosion or thermal insulation.
• Experience in oil chemical power marine engineering or pipeline projects preferred.
• Able to read and understand P&ID drawings.
• Proficient in rust removal (manual/power tool grinding) brushing rolling or spray painting.
• Able to operate angle grinders mixers pneumatic/electric spray equipment.
• Strong sense of responsibility; able to adapt to on-site environments (rotating shifts heights confined spaces).

Location: Pasir Gudang Johor

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8:00AM - 5:00PM) Sat (8:00AM - 11:30AM)

Salary Range: RM3000 - 3800
