What You can expect as AMS Executive.
- Handling of inquiries orders up to invoicing - coordination of deliveries and returns handling of consignment stock orders and charging thereof
- Price calculations/preparations - coordination of prices within customer group
- Preparing and sending quotations
- Handling credit notes bonus statistics market and customer analyses
- Claims management and coordination with technical and sales manager
- Continuous customer data management
- Customer correspondence (also in foreign languages including reporting)
- Close coordination with the Sales SCM and Technology Managers on handling and coordinating a variety of situations
- Preparation and handling rebates based on the customer contracts
- Support in preparation of contract/SLA with cooperation of Finance Sales Technical and SCM
- Prepare and analysis of various reports relating to AMS & Customers
- All additional tasks as assigned by Immediate Superior.
- Adhere to quality safety health and environment policy.
