Airfreight Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Manage daily airfreight operations for import and export shipments
• Coordinate with airlines carriers and warehouse teams
• Negotiate freight rates and service agreements with carriers
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements
• Monitor shipment status and resolve delays damages or service issue.
• Track KPIs such as transit time cost efficiency and service quality
• Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce transportation costs
• Maintain strong customer relationships and handle escalations
• Ensure compliance with dangerous goods and aviation security regulations

Job requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business or related field
• 57 years of experience in airfreight or logistics operations
• Knowledge of international shipping procedures and customs regulations
• Familiarity with cargo management systems and freight software
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
