Agent Air Warehouse

Scope of Position

To handle the incoming and outgoing freight for the air warehouse.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• To perform all warehouse control duties including receiving put away picking packing releasing and stock taking functions. 
• To assist in coordinating with truckers for delivery of warehousing services with follow the driver validation procedures. 
• To update shipments event code in the system. 
• To audit picking activities by using warehouse checklist from agents and truckers including freight labelling update event codes etc. 
• To ensure Expeditors destination labels match shipping label to prevent misroutes.
• To ensure warehouse cargo manifests checked paperwork signed and trailers sealed.
• To ensure products are stored in proper designated safe area and presentable condition. 
• To report any OSD shipments and documented relevant information and update respective customer service on any photo available. 
• To maintain proper and update inventory records to meets customer requirements. 
• To maintain warehouse facility and warehouse housekeeping including checking of forklift availability of battery water battery power and etc in effective and efficient condition. 
• To take up additional responsibilities as required to meet the Companys needs.

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 to 2 years of related working experience in similar position.
• Good knowledge of computer and MS Office applications.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
