Advisor, Process Improvement Supply Chain and Procurement

The Supply Chain and Procurement Process Implementation Consultant will be accountable for leading the deployment of business processes and system capabilities that support Supply Chain and Procurement operations. This role requires a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes including planning procurement inventory management logistics manufacturing and supplier this role you will apply your supply chain expertise to identify process gaps drive operational readiness and ensure successful adoption of new ways of working and partner closely with business stakeholders to ensure new processes and system capabilities are practical scalable and aligned with operational requirements. You will be critical to drive results proactively identify and resolve problems and collaborate effectively with all levels within the designated organization and enterprise and supporting functions.

• Lead the implementation of system and process deployments to enable business capabilities.
• Gather and document business requirements validate system configurations and ensure processes meet the business needs.
• Partner with technical teams to ensure the design build and delivery of all in scope business processes to enable business capabilities.
• Support the execution of the change plan and promote process change in the organization with collaboration from the change communication and education team.
• Provide regular progress measures to identify variances from the plan and take corrective actions as needed for timely implementation.
• Define deployment objectives and scope utilizing knowledge of project management practices and procedures.
• Lead efforts in collaboration with the process implementation lead to deliver desired business results.
• Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

• • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of ten years of related work experience
  • Ability to read write & speak Mandarin
  • SAP Supply Chain and Procurement experience
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply
  PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience working in complex business segments or multiple locations with extensive product deliverable requirements
  • Experience leading and managing projects with change management elements
