Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add an Administrator located in Prai Penang.

What a typical day looks like:

• Serves as an internal consultant to hiring managers advising them on compensation and benefit options legislative changes current trends in human resources management etc.
• Advises site management in personnel policy and program matters making or recommending appropriate decisions.
• Establishes or recommends changes to policies which affect operations.
• Participates as an active member on site and corporate projects teams and process improvement.
• Keeps up-to-date on current human resource and labor market trends new technology programs and applications.
• Implement appropriate HR Strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.

The experience were looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires a Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
