Your mission

As Head of Account Management you will lead and elevate a team responsible for maximizing the value of our existing client portfolio while ensuring exceptional customer experience and business growth.

What youll do

• Lead & inspire a high-performing team
  Coach develop and motivate Account Managers to drive excellence and continuous growth
• Own client portfolio performance
  Ensure top-level client satisfaction retention and revenue expansion
• Drive commercial opportunities
  Identify upselling cross-selling and new product development opportunities based on data and market insights
• Deliver actionable insights
  Monitor KPIs across the Baltics identify gaps and implement improvement plans
• Collaborate across functions
  Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and operational excellence
• Strengthen Cofaces market presence
  Represent the company in the local business community and build strategic relationships
• Manage key partnerships
  Develop and maintain relationships with intermediaries and partners
• Report & influence
  Prepare key reports and insights for regional and group-level leadership

Qualifications :

What you bring

• 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Proven ability to develop teams and drive performance
• Experience in international or matrix organizations (preferred)
• Knowledge of credit insurance (highly valued)
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
