Your mission
As Head of Account Management you will lead and elevate a team responsible for maximizing the value of our existing client portfolio while ensuring exceptional customer experience and business growth.
What youll do
- Lead & inspire a high-performing team
Coach develop and motivate Account Managers to drive excellence and continuous growth - Own client portfolio performance
Ensure top-level client satisfaction retention and revenue expansion - Drive commercial opportunities
Identify upselling cross-selling and new product development opportunities based on data and market insights - Deliver actionable insights
Monitor KPIs across the Baltics identify gaps and implement improvement plans - Collaborate across functions
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and operational excellence - Strengthen Cofaces market presence
Represent the company in the local business community and build strategic relationships - Manage key partnerships
Develop and maintain relationships with intermediaries and partners - Report & influence
Prepare key reports and insights for regional and group-level leadership
Qualifications :
What you bring
- 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Proven ability to develop teams and drive performance
- Experience in international or matrix organizations (preferred)
- Knowledge of credit insurance (highly valued)
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
