SAP User Support Specialist

General responsibilities:

• Daily communication with Employers customers via e-mail or phone.
• Provide support in problem situation solving provide consultations to customers;
• Process technical customer inquiries on incidents and monitor the problem solving process;
• Assist customers on solving 1st level issues;
• Dispatch and track tickets for the 2nd and 3rd levels of support to responsible employees and follow up the problem solving process;
• Demonstrate the highest level of professional customer service;
• Monitor system performances based on different parameters;
• Prepare different reports according to instructions;
• Attend customer meetings;
• Propose related process and efficiency improvement ideas.

Job requirements:

• Excellent communication skills inEnglish languages: Required for communication across our international locations and customers;

• Previous customer service related experience will be considered as an advantage;

• Proactive and analytical approach;

• Good problem solving skills;

• Solution oriented and a team player;

• Desire to grow and develop in IT industry.
