Our Sales teams create and build our relationships with merchants. Together weve helped big brands local stores and neighborhood restaurants do over 15 billions worth of business through our platform. Were constantly launching new cities and products so there are always new opportunities to expand your skills and progress your career.

As our new Senior Key Account Manager youll onboard new partners and help them thrive on our platform. Youll have the opportunity to build strong partnerships drive growth and play a significant role in Wolts revenue development in Latvia.

What youll be doing

In this role youll manage a portfolio of restaurant and retail partners ensuring their success on our platform while driving Wolts growth in the market.

Day-to-day in this role youll:

  • Collaborate to build strong and meaningful relationships with restaurant and retail partners.
  • Lead strategic renegotiations of commercial terms with partners introducing Wolt products and services (e.g. Wolt and Wolt Drive) to expand offerings and increase revenue.
  • Provide consultation to partners on improvements quality checks and creative strategies to achieve their goals.
  • Regularly assess partner performance prioritize actions to maximize impact and support growth using business intelligence tools.
  • Gather feedback from partners and translate it into improvement opportunities for Product Marketing and Operations teams.
  • Drive revenue growth using a data-driven approach that benefits partners and Wolt.

  • Proven success in account management roles with a strong commercial mindset driving growth and profitability.
  • Strong analytical judgment. Comfortable using dashboards such as Looker or Power BI to turn data into decisions.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication across a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Proactive structured and dependable. You manage your pipeline remove blockers and ask for guidance on new or complex work.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is valued.
  • Fluent in Latvian and English.

Compensation

The successful candidates starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on factors such as the candidates skills experience and qualifications. Please note that the starting pay may vary if the candidate does not fully meet the expectations as outlined in this job posting.

The salary below is the monthly salary range for this position.
