Job Summary
We want to hire you if:
- You have 3 years of experience in B2B sales business development or account management ideally within IT or professional services
- You want to own the commercial side of our podcast and Quality Forge turning warm conversations into real business
- You enjoy working closely with marketing and know how to turn conversations content and events into business opportunities taking relationships from first interaction to closed business
- You naturally think about which companies are worth pursuing can spot strong ICP fits and prioritize your time accordingly
- You enjoy building genuine relationships and staying top of mind through thoughtful personal follow-up rather than automated outreach
- You see podcasts conferences content and community-building as ways to create a pipeline and start meaningful business conversations
- Youre organized proactive and results-oriented comfortable juggling multiple relationships while tracking pipeline and refining what works
- Youre a natural relationship-builder whos happy to travel to meet guests in person when it counts
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills are fluent in English and can work from our Riga office
