Job Summary

As aCustomer Experience Consultant you will be the main point of contact for our direct customers supporting them throughout their journey and onboarding them into theMaerskenvironment.

Your activities may include (but are not limited to):

  • Endtoend shipping process management

  • Supply Chain Management

  • Case and dispute management

  • Customer onboarding and relationship management

  • Online customer assistance

  • Crossselling and valueadded services

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of thecustomer experienceby managing import and export shipment processes in compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements ensuring smooth endtoend execution

  • Be fully responsible forcustomer satisfaction building strong relationships and understanding customers businesses service needs drivers and expectations with a continuous focus on identifying new business opportunities

  • Deliverproactive customer supportby tracking shipments informing customers of any deviations from the original transport plan and recommending suitable solutions or alternatives

  • Operate effectively in aKPIdriven environment meeting or exceeding local targets including upselling endtoend products and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

We Are Looking For

  • Acustomercentric mindsetwith a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer support

  • Excellentcommunication problemsolving and relationshipbuilding skills

  • Strongplanning and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Basic computer literacy

  • Latvian and English language knowledge. Russianwill be an advantage.
