For over fifty years, the march of success and leadership continued until the third generation of the Khalil family, in the beginning of this century, Dr. Ahmed Saeed Ahmed Khalil and his father opened a series of new branches of the pharmacy to cover every neighborhood in Alexandria with continuous improvements of services to keep pace with the latest standards of the twenty-first century as well as established Al Khalil Pharma drug trade for effective procurement and distribution purposes led by Dr. Khalid Saeed Ahmed Khalil. In 2018, Khalil Pharmacies opened its first branch in Cairo in Mostafa Al Nahas street, Nasr city and continues to expand in Alexandria governorate.
