Analyst, Application Support
Job Summary
To support and maintain the organisations software applications by providing technical support troubleshooting issues and assisting in the resolution of system-related problems. The role is responsible for monitoring application performance stability and security supporting system upgrades and enhancements and ensuring applications operate efficiently to meet business and operational requirements.
Qualifications :
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Information Technology/Computer Science/ Mathematics or related
Experience Required
2-4 years
- Hands-on experience supporting enterprise-wide applications preferably within banking financial services or a related industry.
- Experience in Banking Systems Operations (COB deployments health checks support troubleshooting).
- Knowledge and experience with data application design version control and integration services.
