- Welcome guests upon arrival with professionalism and warmth
- Assist guests with luggage handling storage and room delivery
- Escort guests to their rooms while introducing hotel facilities and services
- Coordinate efficiently with Front Office and Concierge teams
- Support guest requests promptly and courteously
- Ensure lobby and entrance areas remain organized and welcoming
- Assist with transportation arrangements and guest departures
- Maintain the highest standards of luxury hospitality and guest service at all times
Qualifications :
- Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to work as part of a diverse dynamic team
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset
- A proactive solution-oriented approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- A creative practical and proactive approach to problem solving
- Ability to focus on guest needs using empathy remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Ability to promote positive relations with all guests and shareholders
- Understanding and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
Additional Information :
Experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English additional languages are a plus
