ROLE: Zuora Product Mgr
LOCATION: Hybird San Francisco

Job Description:

10 am 8 pm (if any calls hours will be extended)
No OT

Must Haves:
1. Experience as a Product Manager or a Business process analyst or related positions (Sales Marketing Finance System engineering). finance and other stakeholders.
2.Experience in Zuora Billing Zuora Subscription to support daytoday queries and analysis from business
3.Good understanding of the Zuora platform Zuora Admin Zuora objects Workflow and APIs.

JD:
Product Manager in Zuora with ECommerce background
Experience as a Product Manager or a Business process analyst or related positions (Sales Marketing Finance System engineering).
Experience in Zuora Billing Zuora Subscription to support daytoday queries and analysis from business finance and other stakeholders.
Good understanding of the Zuora platform Zuora Admin Zuora objects Workflow and APIs.
Understand Payments Methods like Credit Card Alternate Payment Methods ACH Direct Debit etc. Understand Payment Gateways Country Specific requirements Refund Chargeback Cancellation etc.
Able to understand business requirements specially Product Led Growth ECommerce Purchase etc. Work on RevPro to support Finance Business Transformation Team (business process AR centric)
Strong functional & technical familiarity of the endtoend quotetocash process with experience delivering major business transformation initiatives. (SaaS Platform)
Define & drive product strategy and roadmap. Socialize & gain leadership support & accountability for the delivery of management visions.
Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure the product complies with business requirements.
