Workshop Engineer

Job Description

• Supervise the servicing and/or repair of customer’s vehicles
• Liaise with Receptionists to predict type and volume of future workload and understand particular needs of customers, advise Receptionists of any problems with the work on customers’ vehicles.
• Report, record, and return any incorrect or defective parts to Parts Department.
• Inspect work returned from Quality Controller, investigate causes and consult with worker to ensure curative actions, (corrective and preventive action) and record actions taken on Job Card

Job Requirements

• Education: B sc. Mechanical Engineering or Automotive.
• Experience: 3-5years in service operation in a reputable dealership.
• Language Skills:Good written and spoken English.
• Computer Skills:Ability to use Microsoft Office to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email.
• Customer-oriented and leadership skills.
• The ability of multitasking and working under pressure.
