For our Salesforce Administrator course we are looking for a Working Student to support our Product Owner in Berlin or from our Hamburg or Dsseldorf offices.

Your Tasks

• Content Creation: Assist with creating content for the Salesforce course (such as creating PPP small projects or quizzes)
• Assessment: Carry out assessments and support our Sales team.
• Translation: Assist with translation of course materials from English to German.
• Marketing: Research and promote the course within the Trailblazer community (the Trailblazer Community is a vibrant user group with 11 million members from 90 countries (including Germany) as well as assist with facilitating workshops and (online and offline) marketing campaigns.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with other departments on documentation and communicate news on the Salesforce course.
• HR: Assist with some recruiting activities including occasional interviews.
• Class Management: Assist with onboarding course participants.
• Coordination: Support with teacher and curriculum coordination.

Your Skills

• You are currently pursuing either a Bachelor or Master degree in computer science data analysis management economics/business administration or a comparable course of study
• You are familiar with research methods and have good research skills
• You have basic knowledge on CRMs and/or cloud based platforms
• Ideally you have some basic knowledge on Salesforce (Tooling and Automation)
• You can identify with our DCI mission and stand out with your friendly and approachable personality
• Proficient in spoken and written English German is highly valued but not a must
• You have experience working with Slack MS Teams Jira and Confluence are a plus
