We are looking for Technical Service Specialists to join our growing Global Technical Centre to provide innovative solutions for international markets including North America and Europe. This is an opportunity to become an expert in the SolarEdge product offering and the solar industry in general. Based in our brandnew offices we will be able to provide a collaborative environment transportation meals and a competitive compensation package.

What will you be doing

• Implement and manage workforce management systems including scheduling timekeeping and attendance tracking.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize staffing levels and ensure efficiency.
• Manage employee leaves absences and overtime requests.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
• Liaise with other departments such as HR and payroll to ensure seamless operations.
• Oversee the administration of cab facilities for employee transportation.
• Implement and manage login and logout timings for employees.
• Identify and recommend infrastructure amendments to support efficient workspace management for the entire floor of about 200 employees.
• Generate reports and present findings to management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in workforce management.

Requirements :

• Bachelor s degree in human resources Business Administration or any related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a workforce management role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communications skills in English
• Ability to multitask in a very fastpaced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to build rapport and establish/keep working relationships with customers peers and managers.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and workforce management software.
• Experience managing transportation facilities (e.g. cab booking) preferred.
• Understanding of labor laws and regulations preferred.
