Job Description
Job Role:
- Prepare documents needed by the mother company to receive payment
- Prepare missing retail data reports on a weekly basis.
- Prepare warranty claim status report on a weekly basis
- Review warranty claim payment and make sure it is paid correctly.
- Review warranty claim status and make sure it is accepted and ready for payment.
- Review warranty repair orders for policy and procedure requirements.
- Review warranty-supported documents and make sure that they are attached with the job order.
- Understand and verify the functional requirements of the warranty.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum Experience:
- 0-2 years experience.
Job Specific Skills:
- Excellent English
- Communication skills.
- Computer skills.
- Time management.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions.
