Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Lead the finished products transfer from 2 local manufacturing sites to 3PL with the optimum cost.
• Lead all the warehousing activities at 3PL (overprinting, shifts management, OVT, MOH inspection, etc)
• Responsible for stocks accuracy between 3PL & GSK System.
• Lead the reverse logistics activity from warehousing perspective as well as the destruction process E2E.
• Lead the inventory Counts activity.
• Responsible for the accurate on time transaction for all inbound activities from local & imported sites as well as all the outbound activities.
• Responsible for all the on-time accruals and accurate invoices from all LSPs.
• Responsible for stock management during the operation (FeFo, right status, phase in phase out & aged stocks management)
• Responsible for updating & usage of all LSOPs as well as the proper training for all warehousing specialists.
• Ensure the adherence of the 3PL to our contracts & SLA.
• Responsible for all third-party screening, contracts, and trainings for all LSPs.
