Warehouse Supervisor

This is a remote position.

• Developing and implementing process techniques and procedures into manufacturing environments.
  
• Work with teams on benchmarking studies of processes and equipment
  
• Work with Product Development, and plant teams on process concepts, equipment requirements, and new technologies
  
• Assist in writing capital budget plans for new projects
  
• Analyzing manufacturing process flows continually for the enhancements of quality, cost reduction, and throughput.
  
• Consult with suppliers in determining product specifications, arranging equipment, parts, or materials, and evaluating products according to quality standards and specifications.
  
• Estimating staffing requirements, production times, and relative cost to provide data for operational decisions.
  
  

Requirements

• B.S. in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience, master's preferred.
  
• Minimum three (3) years experience in the automotive or related industry is a plus
  
• Familiarity with metals (aluminum preferred) and fabrication processes, exposure to lean manufacturing, proficiency in technical writing.
  
• Knowledge of integration tools, PLC's, robotics, industrial communication, and programming
  
• Proven ability to manage and organize project, meet deadlines, and support internal and external customer needs.
  
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience as manufacturing engineer in any production environment.
  
• Fluency in English is required.
  
• Minimum of experience in the automotive or related industry is a plus
  
• 50% travel required.
