Warehouse Operative

Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager the Warehouse Operative is responsible for ensuring that all goods within the warehouse are received stored and distributed in an efficient and timely manner.

Main Responsibilities

• Accepting goods from external suppliers
• Unloading and distributing as appropriate
• Loading all finished goods for delivery
• Work as part of a team with a flexible approach to ensure that all Warehouse needs are met
• May be required to provide additional support outside the usual duties within the warehouse as required
• Maintain Personal Protective Equipment and use appropriately at all times reporting any defects to Line Manager
• Comply with all Company Health Safety and Environment Policies
• Ensure maximum efficiency and QC Compliance at all times
• Liase with the Production team to coordinate finished products ready for delivery
• Work within a process of continuous improvement
• Attend staff meetings and training where required
• Travel to other sites
• Carry out any other duties as are within the scope spirit and purpose of the job
